SLD to Re-Issue Wave 1 FCDLs

The funding commitment decision letters (FCDLs) that were mailed to all applicants funded in Wave 1 contained incorrect Service End Dates and Contract Award Dates (both incorrectly listed as 7/1/2007). Therefore the SLD will be reissuing every Wave 1 FCDL this week. Therefore if you were one of the 457 PA applicants to receive an FCDL last week, please discard it.
The FCDL date of the reissued letters will be the official date for calculating appeal windows, etc. But because there were no denials or reductions in funding in Wave 1, the should be no appeals resulting from this Wave.
Form 486 Update: As of today, the FY 2007 Form 486 has not yet become available on the SLD website. Stay tuned.
