Has E-rate Substantially Benefited Your School or Library?

Several times throughout the year our office is contacted by news organizations asking if we have any schools or libraries that have been positively impacted by the influx of E-rate funding. And while we hear these stories from time to time, we have not kept a running list of people to whom we could refer reporters to for comments.
This week we have been contacted by Education Week as they are preparing a large story on the program.
If your school or library been positively impacted by E-rate funding (for example, if E-rate funds have enabled you to install networks or services that you otherwise would not have been able to, or if the E-rate discounts on some services enabled you to take the savings and apply it to other projects that you otherwise wouldn't have been able to, etc.), and you would be willing to tell your story to a member of the news media, please e-mail me.
Conversely, if you would like to be referred to when reporters are searching for the downsides to E-rate, I'd also like to hear from you. Both perspectives are always helpful.
Thanks....
